Annual Member Meeting, held on Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Red River Archers – 2001 N 42nd Street. This is a special opportunity to reflect on our progress and plan for an even stronger future.
At this meeting, we’ll present and vote on the 2026 Annual Budget, which includes operating costs and planned improvements. A proposed membership fee increase—our first since 2019—is also included. This modest adjustment will help us maintain high-quality facilities, invest in upgrades, and continue offering great programming for all skill levels.
